Once you’ve chosen your listing type, proceed to the checkout page. Please ensure you use the same email address on the checkout page that you plan to use for logging into your account. This will allow our team to send your login details to the correct email address.

After completing your purchase, our team will create your account using the email address provided at checkout. You will receive an email with your login details shortly.

- Navigate to “Vaše Objave” Tab
Click on the “Vaše Objave” tab. Here, you’ll see the number of listings available to you based on the package you purchased:- If you selected the basic listing package (€50), you can publish one villa listing.
- If you chose the multi-listing package (€200), you can publish up to 10 villa properties.
- Click “Objavi Novi Objekat”
To create a new listing, click the “Objavi Novi Objekat” button. This will take you to a new page where you can fill in all the important details about your property.
- Enter Property Information
On this page, provide accurate and appealing details about your villa to attract potential customers. This includes:- Title and description of your villa.
- Location, features, and amenities.
- High-quality images of your property.
Important Reminder:
While the instructions for creating your property listing are in Croatian, all posted content must be written in English to reach a broader audience and attract international customers.

2. Phone Number
- Provide a phone number where visitors can contact you for:
- Booking arrangements.
- Discussions about cancellation policies.
- Terms of payment and other inquiries.
- Important Note: The phone number must start with the +385 Croatia country code to accommodate international calls. Example: +385 99 123 4567.

- After submission, your villa will be automatically added to the website and made available for visitors to view.

- Return to the Account Page by clicking the relevant option.
- Under the “Vaše Objave” section, you’ll see all your listings (depending on the package you purchased):
- Delete Your Listing: Remove the listing permanently.
- Preview Your Listing: View your listing as it appears to visitors.
- Edit/Update Your Listing: Make changes to any details or information.
- Manage Booked Dates: Control availability and reservations.
Step 12: Managing Booked Dates via the Reservation Page
Now that your villa listing is live, it’s time to manage your property’s availability and booked dates. The reservation page allows you to update your calendar quickly and easily by marking dates as booked or available.
How to Access the Reservation Page
- Go to the “Vaše Objave” section on your account page.
- Click on the “Manage Booked Dates” option next to the listing you want to update.
- You’ll be redirected to the reservation page for your villa, which displays the calendar for selecting and managing dates.
Updating and Managing Booked Dates
- Marking a Date as Booked:
- Click on the desired date in the calendar.
- The date will turn red, indicating it is now booked and unavailable for other visitors to select.
- Booked dates will appear to visitors as unavailable, preventing further bookings for that date.
- Removing a Booked Date:
- To make a previously booked date available again, click on the red (booked) date.
- The date will return to its default color, indicating that it is now open for bookings.
- Visitors will see the date as available for their stay.
Why Keep Your Calendar Updated?
- Prevents Double Bookings: Regularly updating your calendar ensures no conflicts with new bookings.
- Improves User Experience: Guests will appreciate the accuracy and transparency of your listing, as they can only see available dates.
